hi,
i use pa30 (Organizational Assignment -> display) and their is field for organizationl plan and their is field of percentage
i wont to do select for this field into my program where i can find it? f1 not help i cant do select to PPRHPR

Its is the staffing percentage & has to be obtained from the PD side. Note down the Position number on 0001 for this pernr & look up the value in the PROZT field on HRP1001 table for this Position number & A008 subtype.
