Urgent pls - Closing issue

Hi

Can anyone suggest me on the following.

We need to do mock testing for the following cases.

1. Close the FI & AR before 2 days of the month end(Jan 08), only AP will be open.

2. Daily and Month end jobs should run as normal, but the postings should take place in the next period (Feb 08) as Jan 08 is already closed.

We need to test this because, they want to follow this procedure after the Go-live.

Can anyone suggest me how do I go about doing this.
