Is it possible to send a workitem to MS Outlook ?

Hello All,

I'm working on SRM 5.0 shopping cart workflow. We want to send the workitem to the user inbox (MS outlook) . Is it possible ? If yes what settings are required ?

We had done similar thing for UWL , and did some settings in SWFVISU , then the portal team registered the tasks number. After this was done , users were able to see the WIs with the attachement.

Do we have similar settings for MS outlook also ?
