complete old Inspection lots

Hi,

By mistake, marked 'Insp. with material spec' in material master QM view set up for inspection type 04. After Production order confirmation, insp. lot got generated. While processing lot, system showing message as maintain 'Material classification'.

I tried by maintained material classification and removing the mark 'Insp. with material spec' in QM view. But its affecting the lot which is already created.

Can anyone suggest, how to complete this lot?

You must run and maintain QS61. You have no choice at this point unless you totally reverse the process order.

Once you complete the inspection lot, then you can delete the material spec.
