Travel Plan (COMPLETED)

Hello GURUs,

I am back once again, hehe

I am sorry but i am stuck again at a point. I would like to know that how can I have a status of Tip plan completed.

Bcoz if i make the trip plan it gets the status of trip plan saved

and then when I approve it it gets the status of TRip Plan approved but i need to have tghe status of Trip Plan approved as the work flow is suppose to trigger on Trip Plan Completed.

Can anyone please help me out with it ?

in TRIP transaction go to List of All Trips, the status of the trip shows completed for the trips that are taken the past. the status shows Completed/open if you Save the form in ESS portal or Completed /to be settled if you Save and submit the form in ESS portal

or if you go to My Trips and Expenses in ESS portal the trip status will show Trip Completed
