Two different applications on the same DS

Hi expert,

I have a question.BW system A has an application bia DS C.Another BW system B has a different application bia the same DS C.In both BW systems,delta data loading is needed.Is there any problems for that case? If yes,how to solve it?It's the best to provide some link or DOC.Thank you.
