SAP DS 4.2 SP9 Issue

Hi There,

We recently upgraded to SAP DS 4.2 SP9 from SP8 and noticed two issues in the sanity check.

1. "Number of Loaders" option in Target table is set to "Not Applicable" by default and can't be edited

2. Can't have distinct and order by in the same Query transformation. Getting below error

“[Query:Query] ORDER BY items must appear in the select list if SELECT DISTINCT is specified. (BODI-1111481)“

Has anyone got the same issues with the upgrade or any thoughts on how it can be fixed.

(I could fix issue# 2 with executing the distinct and order by in two different Query transformations, but a number of production dataflows has got a single query logic and at this stage I'm not in a position to redesign the dataflow to get it working with new version 😞 )

We raised incident with SAP and it's been told that these are bugs which they might fix in next patch release or so..
