AFBN - RAFABNEW - Error AU004 and others

Hi Gurus.

Our customer wants to create two new revaluation areas. One for the local requirements, and the other for IFRS.

I did all the customizing for both áreas and assign them to the respective asset classes.

So, we must run t-code AFBN, program RAFABNEW to assign the new áreas to the old assets.

Both new areas must not take APC values for any other área (OABC with blank (seen as 00)).
This option is considered in the t-code OABC help, and is which we need, because bookings in these areas will be done via t-code ABSO with movement class created only for these cases.

When I run AFBN, this customizing settings are not considered by the program, and error message AU008 is shown. Reading the program ABAP code, I see that error messages AU004 and AU055 will appear later for the same reason (lines 217, 263 and 297 in the program)

I've been reading the forums and found no complete solution.

The options could be:

1) Edit the RAFABNEW program to skip that validation .

I couldn't find any note or alternative solution bringed by SAP to cover this scenario.

2) Change OABC value (T093A_03-WRTAFB) with area 01, run AFBN without copying values and then change customizing again to set the value blank (seen as 00) (so that the APC operations do not post into the new areas).

In this case, I'm not sure if it will not run the error message described in SAP Note
