Status of Data keeps empty in P

Hallo Gurus out there,

I have a problem with a query: In the upper zone of the query wehre the detailed informations of the query are displayed the cell "Status of Data" keeps empty. This is only in the Productive System. In the Development- and Testsystem the Status of Data is shown properly.

Any solutions what could be the Problem?

The Query is build on a MultiProvider
