INFO RECORD

HI

We have automatic updating of info record for all purchase order type. We want to block for one of the purchase order type. Please explain the procedure.

    Hi Mani,

    If you want to block Info Record update for one of the Purchase document type.

    So create a New field selection group with a copy of NBF in

    SPROMMPurchasingPurchase orderDefine Screen layout

    here make this info record update field as display mode in that new Field selection group.

    Then assign this new field selection group to your Purchase document type( the doc type where you need to block).

    So whenever you select that document type system will not update the Info record field checkbox.

    By this you can do ahead to block that.

      Hi,

      In SPROMMPurchasingPurchase OrderDefine document type.

      After Creating the New docuement type or existing doc type, Here you can assign the new field selection group to that Document type you have a column Field Selection, here just mention your new field selection group from the F4 list.
