XBTO3___0001 appearing in Inbound Queue

When we run SMQ2 transaction in XI Production Server, we are getting the Queue named XBTO3___0001 appearing in the Inbound queue with the status SYSFAIL.. In SM21 we got the followig errors.

-Communication error, CPIC return code 002, SAP return code 679.

- >CPI-C function: CMINIT(SAP).

If anyone has any idea regarding this matter, kindly provide some solution to this.
