First u need to create a BI system in portal

For each system you connect the portal to, you must create an entry for the system which stores all the relevant system connectivity information such as System ID, Server, Port, and so on. Before creating portal entries for all your target systems, you should first create a folder to store these in so that you can find them easily later.

first create the folder to store the systems.

Login to portal -Content Administration - Portal Content- right click - new -- folder

create a folder and click finfish

now goto system admin -- system config -- system landscape -- right ur folder -- new - system from template-- Choose SAP system using dedicated application server radio button

    Choose Next.

Enter the following values for the system you want to connect to the Enterprise Portal

    give following properties --

    System Name : SAP Bi

    System ID ; SAPBI

System ID Prefix: for eg :com.mycompany

    Choose Next -- finish

Choose Open the object for editing radio button (default).

Choose OK. The Property Editor iView will open.

Select Connector in the Property Category drop list.

Enter the following values in fields below according to your SAP BI system

    Application Host

    SAP Client

    SAP System ID (SID)

    SAP System Number

    Server Port

    System Type :SAP_BW

Select User Management from the Property Category drop list.

Enter the following values in fields below:

    Logon Method :slect UIDPW

User Mapping Type;Select admin, user from drop list menu

    Choose Save.

Select System Aliases in the Display drop list. This opens the System Alias Editor, and displays the existing list of aliases created for this system.

    In Alias, enter SAP_BW.

    Choose the Add button.

    Choose Save.

    Choose Close

You have created a dedicated system to access a back-end application, and have included it in the Portal System Landscape

Now u can create BW reports in portal

    Regards

    Krishna.
