do not want to create a transport request while doing t-code keu1

hi gurus!!

when i entered t-code keu1for COPA, after doing evrything the system asks me for creating a transport request and i don want to that. Can anyone tell me how can i proceed without creating a request.

    Hi,

    Contact your basis admin.They have to deactivate the changes to respository. Then system will not ask for the transport request. What is system you are working at? (Production / Quality / Configuration Client). If it is configuration client. do not create the assessment cylce.
