RMAC-Macro execution

Hi,

I am trying to export the HR-data PCL1-4. So far, I figured out that I have to use the RMAC-Macro "RP-EXP-Cn-xx" with a specific key.

As I am relatively new to ABAP, can anybody please tell me, how to call this Macro or (even better) provide me with a code example that exports these data?
