issues

hi all, i have got this issue from my client. i am a PP cons but they asked me for these solutions can anyone help.

1.While creating stores requisition the click box 'movement allowed' is not selected by default in PMTXNCM user ID.

2.Diesel consumption equipment wise is not possible - no provision to record consumption equipment wise.

3.In the equipment History card, the column description is not capturing all data entered in the Notification. The column width should be increased.

4.Purchase requisition once approved should not be edited by user. System should block it.

please let me know if anyone has any ideas about the above mentioned open issues.
