hi

how can we change the employee subgroupe for an employee in the organization assignment IT0001.

copy the latest action from PA30 screen

Then press "Execute info group"

change the details

Then press continue for the warning "Warning: Personnel action infotype not saved with 'execute info group' function!"

Assign the employee sub group for the employee group. For ex EG = 1 (active) for this maintain the various emp sub group like HR, Finaice, etc. and do the changes with an action in-order to maintain the record. this changes are done in IT0001 (Org. Assignment)

Assign that EMP sub grp in the Emp group
