Hi Everyone,

I would like to know if it's possible to add a formulas with dynamic reference outside a SAPCrosstab.

For exemple If my Crosstab Is positionned between columns C and E.

Is it possible to create a new column (col D) with a dynamic Reference to column A (with a formulas like D4 = A4 * 2). I tried to do this but the reference to colA is static, so I get D33 = A4*2 instead of A33*2)

Alicia - this should work, I think, in 2.5 - please see this screen shot from the SAP Learning Hub:

Alicia - not sure I follow, but I believe there are enhancements coming for later this year - see https://www.sap.com/products/roadmaps.products-solutions.html#pdf-asset=0430a022-c37c-0010-82c7-eda7...

Hi Tammy ,

Thanks for your answer, I'm not sure that this requirement is listed in the futur enhancements of the doc.

The purpose is to create a dynamic formulas (one formulas for all the entire colum "Ratio3") in SAPCrosstab2 that has a reference either to SAPCrosstab1 (first print screen) or Excel data outside of the crosstabs (second print screen)

For the moment we are using one formulas per cell, It's working fine as long as we don't have more than a 100 formulas. After this it seems that the formulas are not taken into account. Is there a known restriction about the amount of formulas that can be used ?

Thks,

Regards,

Hi Alicia - I am not aware of any written restriction
