ODS object ZODSGFII was built incorrectly. Cannot

HI All,

Daily there is an Extraction through Process chains. Yesterday we came to know that there was some problem in the data on 25th Dec. so we have deleted all the previous requests in ODS and extracted Manually. (Here , the concept is data moves from two ODS's to Cube (final datatarget)) Now the next day (i.e., today) Process chains has trigger normally,but it has failed at ODS level stating ODS activation. When I am trying to activate ODS manually is giving the message…ODS object ZODSGFII was built incorrectly. Cannot Update request.

Can any one give me the solutions? It’s urgent.
