Monitoring of tasks

Dear All,

i just have a query regarding personnel administration,

when maintaining the monitoring of tasks infotype is there a standard workflow that will send a reminder to the personnel Administrator of this employee or do we need to customize or make additional settings for the workflow to work ?

SAP provides standard workflow, to trigger the WF we have to maintian some tasks like features, adminstrator groups etc.

I think u can attain this with the help of Dynamic actions & STD Dynamic actions already exist on the system.

Dear Santhosh,

my Question is if workflow is configured generally on the system (i.e activated by the basis consultant), and administrator groups have been maintained along with features do we need to assign a maintain any workflow specefic tasks in order to make the item appear in the inbox of the personnel administrator or the mentioned is standard functionality.

yes u need to set up dynamic actions for infotype 19, monitoring of tasks which will send the mail in the inbox of the administrators concerend.
