Encrypting & Decrypting in SAP -Required SAP Standard Routine if Available

We have requirement where we are getting list of Secured details like Credit Card details from the Third Party JAVA.

In SAP we are receiving the Encrypting data which should be decrypted in SAP before posting the necessary key details for Decrypting the data will be supplied to SAP.

Is there any standard SAP routine available for encrypting and decrypting or else we need to do this manually?
