i am new to this group.can someone tell me when we delimit a position can we re-recruite a person for that position,if yes how and can we undo the delimited position...

Above lines are taken from SAP library.
As mentioned above delimiting should happen to an object only when you dont need that object anymore for future use.

thanks for the answer,but how can hire another person to a delimited position or 2 person's for the same position.

Hi John,
My answer vary from the Sikindar, u always can recruit a person against the delimited position:
For example:
Person A is recruited against position "Manager HR" and his working period in the Org is from 01.012007 to 01.06.2007(say).
As u separate him ,his/her data is delimited on the date, and you can rehire another person on the same position from the 02.06.2007.
In SAP u can also hire two persons on the same position...

delimit means we can retrive the data
but whem we delete we cannot retrive the data
when delimit the position u cannot assign personla number to that positon
