Hello Bilal,

is your user account in the group of the administrators?

Try to delete the folder C:Program FilesCommon FilesInstallShield, reboot your computer and try it again. Also please deactivate the antivirus- and firewall-program while installing.

Hope it helps.

Hello Bilal,

you've already marked this thread as answered, but the problem isn't solved yet, right?

It seems that it is a failure of JAVA and not of the SAP program.

I've searched for...

The wizard cannot continue because of the following error:could not load wizard specified in /wizard.inf (104)

WARNING: Could not delete temporary file

...with google and found those 2 sites:

link to site 1

link to site 2

Both are in Turkish and I saw that you are from Turkey. So perhaps you will find the solution for the problem on this sites.

Hope it helps.

Hello,

glad to hear that I was able to help you.

But can you please describe your solution in some words?

I don't understand any word from the linked 2 sites but if I interpret the screenshots from the first site correctly I would say you had to change something in the language properties of windows, right?

Or was the solution anything different?

Hi Schröder,

Yes, you are right, ı have changed the "Regional and Language Options" settings. Link 1 have leaded me to solve the problem.

I have set the language as English by start>settings>control panel>regional and language options and keybord setting as English by start>settings>control panel>regional and language options>languages>details>settings and restarted the computer.

Then wizard run on properly.

Hope it helps.

Bilal
