how to initialize the index with "at new" command ??

Hi All,

I am facing a problem of Initializing the index .

I want to Initialize the Index with the " at new "

command within a loop but its not working.

Otherwise,please tell me the way to put a flag on the first record with " at new " command.

Please provide a solution ASAP.
