UDO Problem

Hi, i have a little problem, I did a little mistake.

I deleted the UDFs and UDTs and UDOs of an AddOn not by SBO but manually by deleting in the DB.

Now I wanted to reinstall the AddOn but it has problems with creating all the database things.

So, now my question, which tables do i have to clear, that everything is in good condition then?
