mail to non SAP sytem scenario

Plz read the scenario below:

I have a email coming from a SAP sytem which has a Adobe PDF file as its attachment.This mail is going to non SAP system via Exchange Infrastructure XI

How can I extract and read the contents of this pdf file at XI which can then be used for mappings at XI
