Delta upload error

Hi Experts,

I tried to load the FI data into the Enterprise Controlling Cube with full update and was successfull but when i try to load the same cube with delta i am getting 0 records with the status ok(Green light) which should load some records. Please help me out with detail steps.

I want to delete the entire data and reload it again because my guys done some experiments on the server. So can you people help me to solve this problem.
