UD ICCO STUP for Inspection Lot

Dear Friends,

We have a problem regarding Quality Inspection lot. Usage decision made, but stock not transferred to Un Restricted. When check the Inspection lot status showing message as UD ICCO STUP. (Statistic update). Please anyone explain me what is exact problem and how to correct this problem.
