Rework order

I had creted production order for 10 pcs.. I am confirming operationwise.During my second operation ie 020 my yield qty is 5 pcs and rework is 5 pcs.

I had created rework order using co07 and with reference operation set with control key PP07.

I confirrmed my rework order 5 pcs for operation 20

so now total yield quantity for operation 20 is 10

When i want to confirm my operation 30 its allowing me only for 5 pcs....I want to confirm total 10 pcs

Can you tell me the solution..

In your case, rework order is not required, just insert a rework operation like operation 21.

Confirm opration 21, then goto operation 30.

Usually in rework order only GR is no0t allowed. GI/confirmation is allowed.

The concept here is once in one operation, suppose you have some rework qty, then for that operation rework is performed and again it will come to the main stream.

Your question- let us say we have operation 10 to 50 in a order

Now a product is having a problem and it is decided to go for rework operation from let us say opration 10, then we can create a rework order with operation 10 to 50. You perform GI/confirmation to that rework order and only GR you perform to main order.

Second secnario - Just let us say opeartion 20 has to be reworked, then create a operation 21 with rework qty and go ahead.

      i hope it is clear.
