my client requires a work schedule where there is no fixed weekly off. i.e. employee may have weekly off which is varied. no shift planning is implemented. let me know whether subsitituition will help out here. current system settings are sunday is a weekly off. please suggest me how to make the system flexible so that any of the weekdays can be fixed as a weekly off.
I assume to create a workschedule with 30/31 days in a month are working days and creating a absence type "weekly off " . when ever an employee has a weekly of that day user will enter this absence type.
please guide me how to proceed.
