Scenarios for Plant1 to Palnt 2 material transfer/extended

HI SAP Experts,

I have a few scenarios to configure

1 Material produced or procured by B1, to be extended/transferred to E1 plant first rather than consuming that material directly from B1 plant. Also, BOM & Routings should also be copied automatically to those extended materials to E1).

2 Material procured by B1 plant should be extended/transferred to E1 plant first rather than consuming directly from B1 plant.

3. All the materials which are marked for deletion and that are the components of BOM, should be replaced with the new materials.

4 Finished product produced in E1 plant should be extended/transferred to B1 plant and BOM-Routings should be copied automatically but only for those materials for which BOM-Routings should not exist in B1 plant

Can u please suggest me solution for this scenarios, i will be greatful to you. This is top most prirority.

Hi Nsr reddy,

Still it is not clear what you are looking for, any i assume u want to do multi plant planning. As from your first reply, in ur case E1 is planning plant & B1 is production plant. During planning , if any shortage of stock oocurs for a material (x) at plant E1, same should be transferred from Plant B1, am i correct , then u can use SPK =40(stoack tranfer plant to plant) at Planning plant

If not Please could u elaborate with mre details .

what you have explained in your issue is not clear, but one thing is clear that Any master data will not get automatically to other plant...

HI,

They are producing material in one plant and tranferd to other plant for shake of producing thsoe material in other plant also.

Once the material is transfered to other plant, how we are going to de the mrp planning.

Can u please give breif overview.

Hi Nsr reddy,

As i am aware of ,In multi plant planning we have to cretae & extend the neccesary master data manually will not be copied automatically.

Please explain the line

"to be extended/transferred to E1 plant first rather than consuming that material directly from B1 plant", do u mean to say inter plant stock trasnfer ifnot plz explain.
