Hi

In Intercompany sales process - the ordered material is sent to the customer directly.

In Intercompany STO process - the material is sent to the ordering company (C code).

Thanks,

Hi Renu,

Intercompany activities means the activities between two Company Code which are belongs to same company.

STO means Stock Transport Order it is one type of Purchase document.

In SAP when ever there is transactions between two company codes (Same company) STO will be created ,based on STO Replenishment Delivery will be Created after that Delivery Inter Company billing will be done, the total process we can call it has Inter company sales.

I hope it will clear for you,

Regards,

Murali.
