Picklist with Backflush

Here is a SAP documentation on Picking

When you select orders for picking, you should note the following:

Orders with the following statuses are not selected:

Created

Locked

Technically complete

The following components are not listed:

Backflushed components

We need to use Picking list along with backflush. How is it possible

Hi Rajesh,

Pick list is used to determine, components which has not been issued to Production order.

Here backflush set components will be not listed since they are issued automatically to Prod order.

Or you are talking about Rem backflush, can u elaborate your requirement with more details.

Thanks Guys.

Our requirement is -

We have two storage locations. Main Store (st01) and Prd Store (ST02). Now when production order is created. Components are moved from st01 to st02. From ST02 they are issued to production.

When we do a transfer posting from st01 to st02 using 311 system doesnot propose any components, users have to enter it manually. In migo when we do goods issue using 261 movement against order , system automatically populates the components from prod order. Can system do the same thing for transfer posting.

How to take care of this scenario ??

your requirement will be fullfileld with Pull list MF60.

Hi,

In Transfer posting using - 311, how will the system know what are the components reqd to be transferred from one storage location to the receiving storage location? So you have to enter them manually only. Since in MIGO with 261 movement u enter the Production order number as referance.So the system takes up the components from BOM.Hope u r check with this two.

I too agree with you. But how is there any way to configure this ?

What we do is create reservation by refering the prd order. then we do transfer posting using reservation. We want to eliminate this reservation step.

Any clues.

Dear Rajesh,

MF60 is the best option for your situation...reservation created from prod storage loc to normal storage loc and can issue the materail against that.

Hi,

Backflushing is the process of automatic goods issue when the operation is confirmed. But the "Picking list" is the process of picking the material manually from a prescribed Storage location.Since the Backflushing does not depend on any factors, those backflushing indicator set materials is not visible in the Picking list.

So it is not possible to select the backflushed components thro Pick list.
