Hi,
We use popup screen to select agents for work items from the list of users assigned to a role. Uesterday when the user had work items in his inbox the roles are unassigned. Now the user's inbox is empty but when I see the workflow log it still shows that these work item are in this user's inbox.
Most of the times when user roles are unassigned I used to see all the work items assigned to this user as work items without agent assignment.
Any one has any idea why these work items are still showing this invalid user as actual agent instead of reporting work items without agent..
