Need clarification on community license and multiple databases

I was reviewing the community license to see if we can use MaxDB in a commercial solution. It seems that we can as long as it's not for SAP, but there was a paragraph that indicated that for a multiple database solution, we need to contact a SAP sale rep.

Our plan is to use 2 MaxDB databases and have a master replicating to a slave database. Does this constitute a multiple database installation, or does a multiple database installation mean something like database clustering?

Is there a cost to have 2 MaxDB databases replicating?

We don't have a SAP sales rep. Do we simply call SAP and ask them? Or is there a special group that handles MaxDB that can clarify this for us?
