Only EXIT button active when I click on screens - Bank Information, Address

We recently had ESS installed on EP7-SP10 and the 'Overview' screen displays well.

But when I try to use the following ESS application screens, only Exit button is active. And I am not able to use any steps (other than Exit) -

Bank Information, Tax Withholding(W-4), Address, Emergency Contact.

There may be other screens giving the same problem but i listed the one I tested.

Has any one solved this before or knows the solution?

I am not sure if any HR configuration is missing?
