VA03 - how is search results controlled?

Hello,

I want to search for all orders related to a specific sold-to. when i enter the sold-to number and hit the search button it display numerous hits, i think they are sorted by Purchase Order No. dated in 2005, 2006, 2007.

Is there a way to control the search results / hit list? I want to only show the most recent orders for the specified sold-to.

I realize there are other ways to display all sales order related to sold-to. My question is more on how search results / hit list is controlled.
