Business Partner # cannot be the processor

Hello,

I am having an issue with Business Partners not showing up on the Persons Responsible drop down in transaction NOTIF_CREATE. I have made sure that the partner has been created in transaction BP and that the Employee role BUP003 has been added into each user. I have about 57 users inputted into the system but only 30 are showing on the drop down. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    Hello Connie,

Have you created the Business Partner in the satellite system and in Solution Manager?

Have you assigned the corresponding roles for the user in Solution Manager in regards to Service Message processor role etc?

I had the same issue in the past.

    BR,

    Markus

What support package stack is applied in your system? I have for example one customer system with SP11 and the other one with SP12 (SAP Basis SP KB).

In transaction BP open an user, which does not show up. Then go to the change role selection and make sure that you have the Employee (Maintained) selected. Then check under Identification tab, Employee Data, then User name field is maintained with the user name created in transaction SU01.
