Unable to change CRM originated document in CRM


Hi all

We are on ECC 6 and CRM 5 and facing an issue where a CRM originated document cannot be changed in CRM as somehow the logical system for the transaction has changed from CRM to ECC.

We do not have any scenarios implimented and using standard replication. In other words scenario A, X,Y, or Z are not implimented.

First I thought when billing occurs in ECC the logical system might be changing but thats not the case and this issue is only happening for some 1% transactions. SAP's response was that these documents might have been changed in ECC but these were not touched in ECC.
