some issues in Pricing

Hi SAP gurus,

Any one please help me out to prepare a pricing procedure with certain requirements

1) Clearance stock, actual Price is 10$, now selling for 5$

2) Tshirt 2 sizes L for 20$ and XL for 30$

3)Items Like chocolates can Take 1 for 2$ and take dozens for 10$

4)Certain materials should ask for coupon numbers if u put the right coupn numbers which will enable them for discounts.

The other rquirements is that should enable Credit card payment for sales order.
