Survey fields copy in master data fields

Hi,

is it possible to copy fields out of a survey into master data fields?

For example: We want to ask our customer in a survey for his email address. The email address is also a master data field. Now we also want to copy the email address into the master data.

Are there any program? Is it SAP standard?
