CRM - R/3 Integration (Field ABC Class of R/3)

Hi,

I´ve downloaded BP´s from R/3 into CRM. After checking this data I mentioned that the field ABC-Class (sales area data) from the R/3 isn´t in the CRM (or I didn´t found it). I found a separat field in the general data (CRM) but it is not the corresponding field of the R/3.

The R/3 field is a freeform field. Is this the reason why the data weren´t downloaded?

How can I download it? Do I have to generate a separat BDOC type?

Search your BDOC by checking Tx smw01->BDOC type BUPA_MAIN.

Select the row

Click on Ctrl-Shift-F4.

See if your value is present somewhere in the XML.If so, it has got mapped else not.

Activate Sales Org determination in CRM

TA: PPOMA_CRM

Set for all objects the ‘Permitted in Determination’ flag.

I´ve downloaded the orgmodell and I´ve also set the flag for the determination of the sales data.

Do you have an other idea?

I only look for the field. The determination etc. works.

But we have some data in the R3 field ABC Class and I didn´t find the data in the CRM.
