Dear Collegaues,
I have added the field PMATN to 2LIS_13_VDITM. In RSA6 I can not see the field among the datasource field, but it is under .Append inside the extract structure. How can I make it a field of the datasource, so it becomes visble in BW after replication?
Hope you can help, will sign points!

Just ignore those warnings- they are not the cause of the trouble.in LBWE all fields that you will drag from right(Communication pool) to left will appear as black. So nothing to worry on that too.

Hello
R u working on 3.5? Check for OSS Notes|Your patch level to resolve this issue.
As a workaround you can add a record for this field of 2LIS_13_VDITM in table ROOSFIELD.Create a one time use program to add this record - transport this table entry OR transport this program to Production and delete later.
Once an entry comes in ROOSFIELD,the fields will automatically show in data-source.
Let me know if you need additional details.

Sam

Hi Sam,
Thank you for the answer! I have not edited the ROOSFIELD table before, can you guide me?
I am working in 3.5, yes. And will start searching notes for this.
When I check the .Append I get warnings saying that "Table is not yet classified" and "PMATN lies outside naming standard". (Should be ZZPMATN?).
I added the field in LBWE so I find this strange. In LBWE under 2LIS_13_VDITM, Maintain, PMATN is in the table of fields. Bit while the other field have a blue color on the writing, PMATN is in black writing. Does this indicate something?

Hi
HAve you tried Generating and Activating the datasource, after you added the append structure. Try this. Also dont forget to unhide the field in the datasource list of fields in RSA6
