Hi All,
We are using CRM as a standalone system. We have set organization structure with:
1. In function Tab : we have selected sales button. Also selected sales organization box with empty R/3 organization. We have selected and entered R/3 DC and Div since these are configured in CRM IMG.
2. In Attributes tab : We have selected Obj. permitted in determination with following attributes
Country India, Postal codes 400000 -500000
3. Since other attributes such as SA_Org, Tupel, division, Dist. Channel are not present in the attributes tab view, we have entered values in PP01 transaction against our Org. unit.
4. We run the HRBCI_ATTRIBUTES_BUFFER_UPDATE with necessary selection and found our organization in Buffer set up area.
Now
A)We do not get Sales Org, Div and Dist Channel in Sales area data in BP. Not in match code and in choose sales area data as well.
B)We do not see the attributes set in PP01 transaction for our organization in Organization model display for attributes tab.
C)In documents the org unit is determined correctly. Also, we get Div and Dist channel but NO sales organization is determined.
We need help in the following:
1.Please let us know, is there any setting missing and needs to be done to get the sales organization automatically in BP and Documents.
2.Why all the attributes are not displayed in the Organization structure attribute tabs. Is there any table to be maintained, program to refresh the list? Also why these attributes are not updated in Org unit once it is entered in PP01 for it.
I would appreciate and award points to the maximum to fast the response since it is critical in our project.
