configuring interactive forms


I am configuring interactive forms receipt as per the procedure given. In the portal, navigate to Guided Procedures → Administration tab. Choose Configure Adapters. But status shows as Error when i give the details of the email server. Kindly help.

    Hi Aruna,

    The only reason I could think of in regard to your problem is that probably the adapter is not configured properly. Have you checked all communication settings parameters well?.

    I don't know which release of NW 7.0 you are using, but in releases SPS13 and below, you also have to configure the BMF parameters. Also see whether the smtp server is properly configured.

    When you configure the queue parameters, you can monitor the status of forms received in the GP Monitor. You can retrieve detailed information for each queue. You can check the status, individual phases and notifications for errors or exceptions.
