can anyone help me out about lead & oppurtunity mgmt process and the steps involved in it.its bit urgent.

Hello Rajasekhar,

Leeds are terated as Transactions in CRM.

Leeds are an important phase in any sales cycle, they have various states associated with them.

1)Qualiication level(Hot, Warm, Cold)

2)Lead group priorities and origins.(can be configured in IMG)

3)Work flow setting for lead Management.

(This means that once the Lead has reached a state as 'HOT'

the work flow is triggered that will send the Workitem to the inbox of the Sales Employee where he can either accept or reject)

4)Communication Channel Settings

5)Leed Questionnaires.

6)Assign Qualifaication level to qustionnaire.

7)Determination level of Questionnaire

8)Transaction types

9)Copy control of Transaction Types.
