How to make the field Sale Document active in Maintenance Plan

Dear Experts,

While I was creating a Maintenance Plan using T. Code IP42, the feild Sale Document is in gray mode, I wanted to enter a Sales Document (contract number) in that field.

I searched for the activation setting in IMG, but could not get the proper option.

Can any one help me to sort the probelm. If explained wrt menu path is very much helpful.

I checked the Transaction but useful for setting the fileds for List editing of the Maintenance Plan.

I am lookina at the time of Maintenance Plan Creatation in IP42, I want to attach a Sale Document (contract type), where as the filed is in Gray mode(uneditable). I want that field to be active.

Can anyone please help me out for this issue??

i think you are using wrong tcode for creating maintenance plan for contract item,Type T code IP50 - For Contract Item

in that screen you can find the field for entering the sales document number

But I want create a Strategy Plan, in which the Sale Document can also be mentioned.

i think in SAP standard it is not possible as you can see while defining the maintenance plan categories itself if you select the outline agreeement then that maintenance plan category will not be appeared in the screen while creating maintenance plan in IP42
