Delete SAP Worflow workitem from all other approver once one approver approve the workitem

Hello Experts,

I have below 2 requirements.

1) If work-item goes to different 3 user for approval on same level and if any one of them them approve the work item then work item should get removed from other 2 approvers.

2) if there is already workitem in user inbox for same objects then new workitem should not get create (avoid duplicate of workitem )

Q1. The work item will appear in all 3 inboxes, as soon as 1 person opens the work item, it will 'disappear' from the other inboxes to prevent 2 people trying to action the same work item.

However, If the first approver chooses not to action the work item, it should be replaced which will make it visible again to the other approvers - this prevents work items going into a 'black hole'
