Changes to MSS 60.1 Compensation Iview through Par file

New year greetings to you !

We are using MSS 60.1 Business package with EP 7.0 and R/3 46c backend. We have to change Compensation plannig iview to accommodate new fields on Planning table, which is possible through configuration.

But the trick is the additional fields should appear only for one of the tabs and not for others.

As i look at the par file i am able to see only some parameters which we can set. i am unable to find any JSP or src files for the same. I am unable to locate where the layout design has been done.

Par file i am looking at are

->com.sap.pct.hcm.wcpmain.par

-> com.sap.pct.hcm.hcm_util.par

->com.sap.pct.hcm.orgmanagementeventing.par

I have already seen MSS 60.1 configuration guide , but unable to locate anything useful for this. Any pointers or help is deeply appreciated.
