Hi All,
I'm trying to set up a simplified Help Desk system using the Service Desk functionality in Solution Manager.
I have created all my Business Partners as role '000000 Business Partner (Gen)'.
When I try to record a Person Responsible against a message, the system tells me that the Business Partner 'Partner xxx (Person Responsible) is not an employee'
Is there a way around this without having to set up all these Business Partners as 'Employees'?
