Workbooks in a Public Role

Hey all. I have a problem I'm having a little difficulty figuring out. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm trying to create a public reporting role in BW that will allow users to save their custom queries and workbooks to the role. I am able to save (and restrict) the queries using a different power user role.

My problem is in saving the workbooks to the role I am unable to restrict edit/delete access to the owner of the workbook.

I used this guide to help me in creating the role to allow the users to save their workbooks to it.

http://www.sapsecurityonline.com/bw_security/bw_security_wb.htm

I have the S_GUI, S_USER_AGR, S_BDS_DS authorization objects configured as the guide recommends.

When I wasn't able to restrict edit/delete access to the workbooks, I tried adding S_RS_COMP and S_RS_COMP1 to the role, but that didn't seem to make a difference either.

Can this be done, and if so, what am I missing?

Again your help would be greatly appreciated and I'll happily award points for helpful answers.

Thanks.
